Brownsville, TX- Maria Carmen Galvan, 63, of Brownsville, TX passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, TX.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Onesimo Galvan; her parents, Tomas, Sr. and Francisca Herrera; and a brother, Tomas Herrera.
Maria is survived by her sons, Hugo O.(Elvia) Galvan, Joseph Galvan, Ociel (Judy) Galvan and Osvaldo Galvan; her daughters, Marvelia (Antonio) Galvan, Norma (Jose L.) Vazquez, Sylvia Galvan, San Juana Galvan, Olga Galvan, Lucille (Jesus A.) Siller and Diana (Edelmiro) Garcia; her sister, Ester Salazar; 37 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Private Services were held for the family of Maria Carmen Galvan at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX.
