San Benito, TX- Braulio Lumbreras, 72, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2009 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.
Mr. Lumbreras is preceded in death by his sons, Miguel Lumbreras and Miguel Lumbreras I; and a daughter, Hilaria Lumbreras.
Braulio is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Hilaria M. Lumbreras; his sons, Braulio (Rosario) Lumbreras, Jr. and Juan (Joyce) Lumbreras; his daughter, Linda Lumbreras; 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito. Interment will follow to San Benito City Cemetery.
