Obituary of Herminia Cortez

Herminia c. Cortez went to the lord February 28, 2009 at the age of 89. She was born to Fernando & Teodora Caraveo June 16, 1919.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Baltazar Cortez, daughter Eva Perez, daughter-in-law Norma Lee Cortez, granddaughter Sandy Perez, brothers Manuel and Andres Caraveo and sister Maria Gonzales.
She is survived by Sons, Adan (Angie) Cortez, Baltazar Jr. (Esperanza) son in law Pete Perez and daughters Adela (Leonel) Noyola, Esther (Ed) McDonald, Olivia Alvarez, Mary Cortez, Yolanda (Toby) Chadick. Alsoviving are 21 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday March 1, 2009 with a recitation of the holy rosary at 7 PM.
A mass of celebration will be held Monday March 2, 2009 at Our Lady Queen of the Universe Catholic Church at 12:00 P.M... Interment will follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park.
