Willaim is preceded in death by his father, William Albert Hayes.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Lourdes Cruz Banda; 1 son, 1 daughter, and brother, William Lucio Hayes.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 7, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX.
