Obituary of Isabel Cruz

Isabel Cruz, 89, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in Harlingen, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Amador Cruz; as well as her parents, Francisco and Cayetana Cañas; and her siblings, Israel Cañas and Hilda Tapia. 
Isabel is survived by her three sons: Ruben Cruz, Martin (Leonor) Cruz, and Roberto Cruz; as well as nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a rosary at 7 p.m., at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. 
Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito, Texas. In accordance to her wishes, cremation will follow.
