Guadalupe M. Peña, 82, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at her residence.
She was preceded in death by her son, Esteban Peña and granddaughter, Jessica R. Nuñez.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Manuel Peña; her children: Virginia Nuñez, Servando Peña, Maria Luisa (Servando) Ramirez, and Jesus Peña; grandchildren: Adan Lopez, Melissa Ramirez, Jesse Peña, Jr., Jessica Peña, Johnathon and Samantha Peña; great-grandchildren: Mica Lopez, Diego, Jorge Luis, Elianna Isabela Rojas.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 26, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at St. Benedict's Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
