Jose Fernando Perez, 16, of Port Isabel, TX passed away Thursday, October 30, 2008 at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX. Jose was a student at Port Isabel High School and a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church of Port Isabel. He is survived by his loving parents, Jose Antonio and Maria Guadalupe Cruz Perez of Port Isabel; Brother, Luis Israel Perez; Sister, Ana Paulina Perez; Paternal Grandparents, Jaime and Esperanza Perez; Maternal Grandmother, Maria De Jesus Hernandez; And several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and other relatives. Visitation will be held today Sunday November 02, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel in San Benito. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home and Cremation will follow to Sacred Park Crematorium.
