Maria Elena Rangel of Plant City, Florida passed away at her residence. She was a native of El Ranchito and a Plant City, Florida resident. She is preceded in death by her mother Guadalupe B. Hernandez. Mrs. Rangel is survived by her husband Jose Rangel of Plant City, Florida; a son, Ramiro Hernandez of North Carolina, a step-son, Jose Rangel Jr. of Plant City, Florida; 2 daughters, Isabel Hernandez of El Ranchito, Texas and Margarita Martinez of Fort Worth, Texas; her father, Apollinaire Hernandez Sr., 7 brothers, Apolinar (Cecilia) Hernandez Jr., Jose Hernandez and Jorge (Petra) Hernandez of El Ranchito, Texas, Jesus (Cindy) Hernandez Of Oregon, Ricardo Hernandez of Utah, Juan (Norma) and Carlos (Diana) Hernandez of Arlington, Texas.; 2 sisters, Alicia (Guillermo) Fernandez from Combes, Texas and Guadalupe Lara of Plant City, Florida, 8 grand-children and 2 two great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Apolinar (Polo) Hernandez, Jorge Her-nandez, Ricardo Hernandez, Jesus Hernandez, Carlos Hernandez and Juan Hernandez. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 23, 2008 at 12pm to 9pm with a prayer service at 7 PM at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Monday, March 24, 2008 at Templo El Shaddai, in Los Indios, Texas. Committal service will be at El Narañjo Cemetery in El Ranchito, Texas.
