Francisca Garza Galvan Leazenby, 86, of Port Isabel went to be with our Heavenly Father Sunday, January 27, 2008. Her parents, Juan and Lupe Garza, brothers Marcos Garza, Juan Garza, Alberto Garza, and sisters Lucia Camacho and Refugia "Cuca" Conway preceded in her death. Survivors include her daughters Delia (+David) Garza and Raquel (Vidal) Cantu of Laguna Heights; sons Rosalio Galvan of Port Isabel, Billy (Mary Ann) Galvan of Channelview, Gene (Helen) Galvan of New Braunfels and Frankie Galvan of Brownsville; sister Guadalupe (+Gualberto) Gonzalez of Port Isabel; 22 grand-children, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitations will be held today, January 28, 2008 from 1pm to 9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Thomae Garza Chapel. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10 am in Port Isabel, Texas. Interment will follow to Port Isabel City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be David Garza Jr., Rodolfo Garza Sr., Rosendo Garza, Vidal Cantu Jr., Jason Cespedes and Roque Garza. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Rosalio Galvan, Billy Galvan, Gene Galvan and Frankie Galvan.
