Jose Hilario Limon, 72, of San Benito, went to be with our Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Solara Hospital in Harlingen. He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Magdaleno Sr. and Teodora Limon Cadena, and his sister Teodora Limon. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Alma Nora Limon, his children, Jose Hilario Jr. (Emma) Limon, Nora Lee Limon, and Yvonne (Erik) Garcia Limon. His siblings, Magdaleno (Concepcion)Limon Jr., Gerardo (Gloria) Limon, Jaime (Margie) Limon, Gilbert Limon, Ricardo Limon, Gloria (Claudio) Zavala, Irma Limon, and Ida ( Jose) Cruz survive him. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Devonne ( Cris) Martinez Sierra, Jose Hilario (Samantha) Limon III, Humberto Rocha III, Nyesmie(Jose) Sanchez, Leilany Limon, Nailea(Fabien) Gonzalez Rocha, Nayelli (Joshua) Ortiz Rocha, Hailie Limon, Khloey Garcia, and Erik Garcia Jr. , along with great grandchildren, King Elliot Jose Limon, Kristopher Limon, Ronin Akira Ortiz, and Thiago Izan Gonzalez; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary to be held at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1001 US-77 BUS, San Benito, Texas with cremation to follow in accordance with his wishes.
