Agustin Flores, 80, of San Benito, Texas passed away at Harlingen Medical Center on Thursday, September 1, 2022 surrounded by his family. He is preceded in death by his wife, Maria E. Flores, his son, his parents, six brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his two daughter's Alma (Rolando) Flores, Lupita (Cusberto) Sanchez, two brother's five grandchildren, Alma (Kenneth) Corkill, Oscar (Aliyah) Castellanos, Rolando Garces Jr., Ricky Garces, Raelynn Garces, and one great grandchild Kyler D. Corkill. Visitation will be held Monday, September 5, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Helen’s Catholic Church, 228 Huisache Ave, Rio Hondo, TX with interment to follow to Mont Meta Memorial Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Oscar Castellanos Jr., Santiago Flores, Renato Rodriguez, Rolando Garces, Kenneth Corkill, and Ricardo Rocha.
