Modesto Quintero Lopez 84, of San Benito peacefully passed from this life on Wednesday June 8th, 2022, after a short illness. He is preceded in Death by his parents Guillermo and Juanita Q Lopez, brothers Eugenio Lopez, Epifanio Lopez and a sister Eloisa Mendiola. He was born to Guillermo and Juanita Q Lopez on February 24, 1938. Modesto married Maria, (Mary) L Muniz on July 31, 1978. Modesto is survived by his wife Mary of almost 44 years, sons Cesar Javier Lopez, Rudy Soto Jr, Gabriel, (Delia) Soto and Granddaughters, Hayden, Audrey and Khloe, Sister-in-Law Rosenda Cantu Lopez along with several nieces and nephews. Modesto was a musician at heart and loved to play his accordion. He proudly retired from Coastal Engineering after many years of service and was the owner of Moody’s AC Service. The family of Modesto Q Lopez would like to thank Dr. Rafael Lopez, the staffs of Sun Valley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and Allstate Hospice for all their care during his illness.
