Dora Nohemi Perez, 53, of San Benito, TX, born on December 16, 1968 entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. Dora was the daughter of the late Elida Gomez Perez of H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas and Enrique Perez of Tampico, Tamaulipas. She was born in Matamoros, Tamaulipas. Her parents moved to San Benito, TX. in 1980, where she resided the rest of her life. She was a graduate of San Benito High School class of 1987. She married Michael Perez in 1991. She had 3 sons, Juan Ramon (Krystal Marie) Perez, Michael Anthony Perez, and Marcos Alberto (Kendra) Perez; and 1 grandchild, Leonardo Perez. She was the dispatch owner and operator of local transports, DAMAR. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts in her free time. She always helped those in need till after her passing. As an organ donor, her heart, kidneys, and liver will help someone live a longer life. She will live on in the lives she has saved with the gift of organ donation. She is survived by her siblings: Connie (Vicente) Moreno, Jose Gilberto (+Mary) Perez, Luis (Alma) Perez and Adrian (Miriam) Perez, and by 8 nieces and nephews. Her family and those who loved her will always remember her as always being full of life always willing to help. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 18, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with the recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A Chapel Service will be held Tuesday April 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, TX with interment to follow to Mont Meta Memorial Park. All individuals attending services are encouraged to socially distance and wear face covers or masks.
