Miguel Garcia, 47, of Harlingen, TX passed away in Crawfordville Indiana, Friday, March 4, 2022. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Tammy Beth Garcia; parents, Thomas Ortega Garcia Sr., and Maria Caritina Gonzalez-Garcia. Left to cherish his memories are 1 son, Joseph Michael (Brittany) Garcia; 1 daughter, Saphire Devonne Garcia; 1 granddaughter on the way; 1 brother Thomas Garcia, Jr.; 2 sisters Maria Gonzalez and Josephina Ceballos; several nephews, nieces, and cousins. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. A Memorial Mass will be held Friday, April 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S Longoria St, Port Isabel, TX. All individuals attending Miguel’s services are encouraged to socially distance and wear face covers or masks.
