William B Welch, 22 of South Padre Island passed away peacefully on December 25, 2021. William was born in Harlingen Tx on July 30, 1999.
He is preceded in death by his parents Chealsa Welch and Barry Welch.
He is survived by his Grandmother (mama) Jacqueline R Paddock; Aunts: Vivian Losure, Cindee Hyde and Lola Armstrong (James): Uncle; Joe McClendon (Tisha), And many beloved cousins.
William is also survived by an abundance of friends from Texas and Puerto Rico.
There will be no services at this time.
