Tassy Lee Ragsdale, 38, of South Padre Island, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Tassy was born April 21, 1983 in Perryton, Texas to Tammy and Tony Ragsdale. Tassy graduated from Perryton High School in 2001. She attended the University of North Texas and Texas Tech University. Tassy graduated from the University of Texas - Brownsville with a Bachelors in Business Management. As a kid, Tassy was a pageant girl. She grew into a bubbly cheerleader and successful tennis player. Tassy always lit up the room. She was clever, witty, and loving. Tassy is preceded in death by her father: Tony Barlow Ragsdale. Tassy is survived by her son, Soren Barlow Ragsdale Kayser. He was the light of her life. Tassy and Soren loved the beach. Soren is an avid surfer. Soren attends Laguna Madre Christian Academy. He is an academic and he participates in all school activities. Soren has the unending support of his grandmother, Tammy Davis and his aunt, Tally Ragsdale. In addition to Soren, Tassy is survived by her mother: Tammy Ragsdale Davis, and sister: Tally Ragsdale. As per her wishes, Tassy was cremated and we ask to please join us for a Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Tassy Ragsdale. We will gather together on Saturday, December 4th from 3:00-6:00pm at The Tiki at the event center 6608 Padre Blvd, South Padre Island, TX to remember our wonderful daughter, sister, mother and friend.
