Obituary of Cecilia Ann Vasquez

Please share a memory of Cecilia to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Cecilia Ann Vasquez, 27, of Port Isabel, Texas passed away on Tuesday June 29, 2021. Cecilia was a loving daughter, sister, cousin, wife, and mother. She loved her family more than she loved herself and always put others, especially her babies in front of herself. She worked hard to provide for her kids or should we say her “little rascals” as she would say. She took pride in her work. Her smile would light up the darkest room and I’m sure anyone would agree to this. When she had free time she enjoyed cooking Mexican dishes and having cook outs with her family. She loved Mexican rice, enchiladas and Doritos with cottage cheese. She never forgot where she came from and she was proud of that. She was a singer, she loved to sing especially with her family cheering her on and she was never afraid to speak what was on her mind. She paid attention to the little things and used it to tell her family when their makeup was off, when someone misspelled something or when her daughters and nieces walked around without a big bow on their head, she’d put one on them. She always made the best grades in school even when she didn’t study. She had beauty and brains. Her family meant everything to her and she will forever live in their hearts. She is preceded in death by maternal grandfather: Jorge Reyes Garza, brother Mark Anthony Vasquez. She is survived by her common-law husband: Miguel Dominguez, 3 children: Nathaniel Dominguez, Natalee Dominguez, Leila Dominguez, mother: Grisella Garza, father: Jose Miguel Vazquez, Jr., dad: Raul Galvan, paternal grandparents: Manuela Vasquez, Jose Miguel Vasquez, maternal grandmother: Juanita Puente Garza, siblings: Priscilla Vasquez, Mikey Vasquez, Norris Vasquez, Caroline Vasquez, Amelia Galvan, Caplen Gonzalez, Daniel Gonzalez, Cristian Gonzalez, Monique, Manny, Enjulie, Andy, Madeline, aunts and uncles: Manuel Vasquez, Michelle (Michael) Klein, Jorge, Connie, Daniel, Andy, Raul, Norris, Rene, Sandy Garza and numerous nieces and nephews.
