Obituary of Cristian Rey Valdovinos

Please share a memory of Cristian to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Cristian Rey Valdovinos,16 passed away April 5, 2021. Cristian was a sophomore in high school who was very eager to walk down that stage and make a living for himself. Since he was a kid, Cristian was always a helping hand to anybody in need. If someone needed his help, he made sure he was the first one to offer it. Even if it wasn’t asked for, Cristian always made sure he can do all he can to help. No matter the situation. Even with everything he had been through or had been going through, Cristian always had the biggest and most brightest smile on his face that could light up the entire room. On the contrary, he also had a very contagious laugh. Cristian had a very big sense of humor and found almost everything funny even when most people didn’t. Although many people doubted and judged him for his past, he was determined to prove everyone wrong. He changed his ways for the people he loved and began working on becoming a better person. Only a day after turning 16, Cristian applied to every job you can think of in San Benito. Even if many places rejected him he still tried his best to show up to interviews and make a good impression. Cristian had many plans for his future with the people he loved. It was one of his most favorite topics to talk about, and he talked about it almost every single day. He was very eager to live the life he had always dreamed of and anyone would be able to tell how bad he wanted it just by hearing him. Cristian wasn’t a big fan of small talk and at times was very shy, but once he was comfortable with you, you wouldn’t even recognize him! Cristian was also surrounded by many friends. He was very well liked and known by everyone around him. Even if it’s good or bad, everyone has a story to tell about him. He was a big fan of the cowboys and would wear his jersey when there was a game going on. Even if he wasn’t able to watch the game, he always wanted to support. Cristian was actually a big support system to almost everyone. He gave great advice and always motivated the people around him. Cristian never envied anyone or anything and always congratulated any type of success, which made everyone instantly fall in love with him. Cristian was the biggest sweetheart and always had the best manners. He was very big on protecting the important women in his life. Anyone knew that being with Cristian meant that you were safe and didn’t need to worry about a single thing. With that being said, Cristian may have lived a short life, but he made sure to make the most out of it. He was and still is loved by many people. Cristian is gone now but he will never be forgotten.
