Maria Carmen Cancino, 80 of Harlingen, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Lazaro and Amalia Vargas Herrera.
Maria is survived by her daughter, Sandra Cancino; son, Steven Cancino (Nataly); seven grandchildren; two sisters, Maria De Los Angeles Herrera and Concepcion Herrera; and brother, Antolin Herrera.
Visitation will begin Saturday, August 22, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas with cremation to follow.
Due to current restrictions, this establishment will follow the 25% occupancy limit and all persons shall institute social distancing of a minimum space of 6 feet apart. All individuals must wear face coverings or masks. (may include bandanas or sewn or cloth face coverings).
