Manuel A. Ochoa, 57 of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Meme was a very loved and loving man. He was a proud owner of a security company whom he took partnership with his best friend, Richard Williams. He loved riding his motorcycle and playing in the law enforcement game, he also like bowling in a league. Meme is preceded in death by his father, Gregorio Ochoa; mother, Concepcion A. Ochoa; sister, Patricia O. Limon; brothers, Eliseo, Gregorio Jr. and Ramon Ochoa; and son, Eric Lopez. He is survived by his loving wife, Julieta; children Justin Lopez, Shayla Ochoa, and Diego Armando Ochoa; grandchildren, Janesa Lopez, Gracia Lopez, and Enrique Lopez; great grandchildren, Jeremiah Ezekiel and Milland Lopez; along with his siblings, Abel Ochoa and Oralia “Lali” Betancourt.
