Brownsville, TX - Irma Sylvia Perez, 58, passed away Friday, September 7, 2007 at Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville, TX. Irma was born on February 21, 1949 to Nicolas and Rafaela Perez. She is survived by 2 children: Richard Juarez (Beatrice) and Roidino Trevino (Isela); 6 grandchildren: Richard Juarez, II, Jazmine Skye Juarez, Angel Marie Juarez, Enrique Jaime Almaraz, Dino D'angelo Trevino and Tori Alyssa Trevino; mother: Rafaela C. Perez; 2 brothers: Nicolas Perez, Jr. (Rosa) and Eddie Perez (Patty); 6 sisters: Rosario Perez, Elvira Garcia, Corina Almquist, Norma Flores, Maria Perez (Ruben) and Rosie Arroyo (Victor); numerous nieces and nephews. Irma is preceded in death by her father Nicolas Perez. Visitation will be held today Saturday, September 8, 2007 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Cremation will follow to Sacred Park Crematorium in Weslaco, TX. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. Words of comfort may be left to the family of Irma Perez at www.thomaegarza.com .
