Obituary of Brenda Lubbeck

Brenda Lubbeck, 51 of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, in Corpus Christi. She was a lifelong resident of Port Isabel and member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. She graduated from Port Isabel High School in 1986. Brenda also modeled in the 80s and 90s with the Kim Dawson Modeling Agency of Dallas.

She is preceded in death by her father, Henry Lubbeck Sr.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Michael McGehee; two daughters, Ashley Lerma and Brittney Lerma; and one son, Damaso Lerma; mother, Josephine Holland Lubbeck; sister, Becky (Arturo) Ortiz; brothers, Henry Lubbeck Jr. and Hans Erick Lubbeck; and several nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her first husband Damaso Christopher Lerma; brother-in-law, Bobby Lerma; and sister-in-law, Charlotte Lerma; and the Lerma family.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2019, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 705 S. Longoria St., Port Isabel, Texas. Funeral services will conclude after the mass and cremation will follow.
