Obituary of Juan R. Abrego Jr.

Juan R. Abrego Jr., 72, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019, at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Maldonado Abrego; son, Jesus Ramon “Pops” Abrego; parents, Juan L. Abrego Sr. and Rosa Rosales Abrego; two brothers, Antonio Abrego and Ramon Abrego; and one nephew, Tomas Rosales Abrego Jr.

Juan is survived by his children; Janie Abrego, Birdie Abrego, Juan Abrego III, and Carlos Abrego; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; siblings, Amelia Zavala, Alma Rodriguez, Tomas Abrego, Roberto Abrego, Alfredo Abrego, and Armando Abrego; and one stepbrother, Pedro Garcia Abrego; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Cremation will be held in accordance to his wishes.
