Obituary of Francisca V. Mendoza

Francisca V. Mendoza, 58, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at her residence in San Benito.

She is preceded in death by her son, Felix Mendoza; parents, Felix and Leonarda G. Villegas; and siblings, Manuel Villegas, Macario Villegas, Juan Villegas, Maria Lopez, Armandina Rodriguez de Orozco, and Alejandra V. Lara.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Enrique Mendoza; children, Nereida (Gerardo) Garcia, Edgar (Sandra) Mendoza, Nallely (Dominic) Mendoza-Williams, Eduardo Mendoza, and Nataly Mendoza; five grandchildren, Alyssa Maria Garcia, Gerardo Garcia Jr., Deyanira Garcia, Alexandro Camacho, and Kayla Montoya; one great grandchild, Camila Garcia; and her siblings, Elvira Villegas de Urbina, Gil Villegas, Bernardo Villegas, Felipe Rodriguez, Micaela Flores, and Maria T. Villegas.

Visitation will begin Thursday, February 28, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019, at St. Benedict Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park Cemetery.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Edgar Mendoza, Eduardo Mendoza, Gerardo Garcia, Dominic Williams, Gerardo Garcia Jr., and Alexandro Camacho.
