Obituary of Emilio H. Lopez

Emilio H. Lopez, 68, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at his residence in San Benito.

In loving memory of a great man who brought humor to those who needed it, love to those who wanted it, and guidance to those who sought it. To a great husband, father, and brother. Until we see you again.

He is preceded in death by his father, Eusebio Lopez Sr., mother, Teresa Herrera; brothers, Eusebio, Eldemiro, and Ernesto, and sister, Elena Lopez.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Leticia Lopez; son, Eric (Jessica) Lopez; daughter, Jenny M. (Fredrick) Lopez Puga; grandchildren, Lisa Gomez, Jonathan Lazalde, Rozee C. Lopez, Eric I. Lopez, Zion E. Mendoza, and Talitha G. Mendoza; and siblings, Edward Lopez, Elvia Guerrero, Estevan Lopez, and Rufina Martinez.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, February 26, 2019, from 12:00 noon to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A chapel service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home with cremation to follow in accordance with his wishes.
