Obituary of Maria E. Juarez

Maria E. Juarez was granted her angel wings on Monday, January 21, 2019. Maria’s final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that she has touched during her 90 years of her very memorable life. She will be remembered by her kind spirit and adoration for plants and animals, her great skills in the kitchen, and her great love and affection she shared for all her family and friends. Although we will miss her loving spirit, she will forever remain in our hearts for her passing will remind ourselves that her life is one to be celebrated.

She is preceded in death by her parents Manuel Estrada and Chonita Lopez along with her brother and sister Genovevo Estrada and Susana Estrada.

She leaves behind Frances Gutierrez (Abel Gutierrez), Dario Juarez Jr (Lupita Juarez), Pablo Juarez (Maria Juarez), Juanita Sauceda (Ricardo Sauceda), Jorge Juarez (Janie Juarez), Mario Juarez and Mary Juarez along with numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, January 23, 2019, from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at St. Benedict Catholic Church with interment to follow at San Benito Memorial Park.
