Obituary of Geronimo Guzman Sr.

Geronimo Guzman Sr., 76, of San Benito, Texas passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018, at his residence in San Benito.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Anastacio and Bonifacia Guzman; and sister, Eva Guzman.

Geronimo is survived by six loving children, Victoria G. (Ricardo) Barrientos, Patricia G. (TJ) Tijerina, Geronimo (Maricela) Guzman Jr., Julisa Guzman, Jose Anastacio Guzman Sr., Maria Isabel G. (Tony) Becerra; 16 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; six brothers, Clemente Guzman Sr., Adan Guzman Sr., Felix Guzman Sr., Jesus Manuel Guzman Sr., Lazaro Guzman Sr., and Joel Guzman Sr.; and four sisters, Raquel G. Saenz, Rebecca G. Torres, Noemi G. Zamora, and Ruth G. Cruz.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, December 26, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with interment to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
