Alejandro Vasquez, 74, of San Benito, TX passed away on July 18, 2018 at his residence in San Benito, TX.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Marco Antonio Vasquez Jr.

Alejandro is survived by his loving wife, Sofia Vasquez; 8 children, Alejandro (Geneva) Vasquez Jr., Ivon (Geronimo) Carrizales, Rita (Gilbert Garza) Cantera, Jose Alfredo (Angelica Huerta) Vasquez, Amacio (Maria) Vasquez, Marco Antonio Vasquez, Juan Vasquez, and Luis Alberto (Sugei) Vasquez; 39 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Irene Alvarez and Elida Ortiz.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 22 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. Chapel Service will be held on Monday, July 23, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at San Benito Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
