Obituary of Ernesto Guardiola

Ernesto Guardiola, 67, was born July 7, 1950 in San Benito, TX passed away  peacefully on Wednesday, June 20, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his father, Justo Guadalupe Guardiola Jr..

Ernesto was survived by his mother, Petra M. Guardiola, brothers and sisters; Eliasar (Jean), Anna Maria Guardiola, Joe (Nereida) Guardiola, Noemi (Roman) Rodriguez, Leticia (John) Blum and Pedro (Noemi) Guardiola; aunts and uncles: Lucio, Timotea, Guadalupe, Geronimo and Marcelino Macias; 8 nieces and nephews; Eliasar Jr., Amy & Alex Guardiola, Stephanie Rodriguez, Felisha Noelia and Roman Justin Rodriguez, Pete Jr. Kayla, Jesus Miguel and Elizabeth Guardiola.

Visitation will be held on  Sunday, June 24, 2018  from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a  rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 25,  2018 at St. Benedict Catholic Church with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.

Honored to be serving as pallbearers are Eli Guardiola Jr., Roman Justin Rodriguez, Alexandro Guardiola, Pete Guardiola Jr., Miguel Jesus Guardiola and Geronimo Macias serving as honorary pallbearers are John Blum, Eladio Gonzales, Lucio Macias, Marcelino Macias and Roman Rodriguez Jr.

The family would like to express a special thank you to the employees at Wal-Mart in San Benito and our relatives and friends for the support and prayers for him.
