Librada Maldonado, 94, of Los Fresnos, Texas entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at her residence.

She is preceded in death by her son, Ramon Reyes; as well as her parents, Dionicio and Marcelina Salinas.

Librada is survived by her loving husband, Miguel Maldonado Sr.; seven children: Leonor Bautista, Elva (Roger) Heath, Felicitas (Marco) Sanchez, Miguel (Gloria) Maldonado Jr., Juanita (Francisco) Vasquez, Delia Sanchez, and Rosalva (Jose) Espiricueta; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and will continue on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.

A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Los Cuates Cemetery.
