Obituary of Lydia Garcia

Lydia Garcia, 68, of San Benito,Texas passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018 in Harlingen, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Juan and Josefa Gallegos, and grandson; Ismael Rosales.

Ms. Garcia  is survived by her five children; Silvia Garcia, Christina (Ben Lopez) Gallegos, Michael (Sonia) Garcia, Michelle (Fabian) Villalpando, and Erica (Richard) Gonzalez, 19 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a holy rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas. 

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at  10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
