Alvaro Torres Obregon, 51, of Los Fresnos, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 in Laguna Heights, Texas.

Alvaro is survived by his loving wife, Julia Torres de Torres; three children, Celia Torres, Alvaro Torres and Omar Torres; parents, Liandro and Aurora Torres Obregon; one sister, Rosa Torres; three brothers, Vicente Torres, Antonio Torres, and Jesus Torres; three grandchildren, Ivan Torres, Leslie Ortiz, and Christian Ortiguera and other relatives.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m with a rosary at 6:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Burial will take place in San Luis Potosi, Mexico.
