Brownsville, Texas: Violeta Ortega, 74 of Brownsville, Texas passed away on January 30, 2007 at her residence.
She is preceded in death by her, Daughter, Guadalupe Perez; Son, Jose Ramon Ortega Jr.; And Parents, Juan Reyes and Anita Ascuaga Reyes.
She survived by her, Husband, Jose Ramon Ortega of Brownsville. 3 Sons, Jose Antonio (Celeste) Ortega of Los Fresnos, Tx. Roberto (Maria) Ortega of Phoenix, Arizona and Ricardo (Sonia) Ortega of Houston, Texas. 2 Daughters, Inez Torres of Port Isabel and Violeta (James) Cortez of Brownsville. 13 Grandchildren, Hector Perez, Alex Perez, Tanya Perez, Joshua Ortega, Christopher Ortega, Angelo Ortega, Cassandra Torres, Aron Cortez, Alex Cortez, Sofia Ortega, Violeta Ortega, Jose Ortega and Paola Ortega. 3 Great Grandchildren and Several Brothers and Sisters.
A Holy Rosary was recited on Wednesday January 31, 2007 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel in San Benito.
Funeral Services and Interment will be held in Campeche, Mexico.
