Los Fresnos - Miguel "Mike" Antonio Gonzalez, 36, of Los Fresnos, Texas passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2007 in Brownsville, Texas. Mike attended school with the Los Fresnos CISD in his younger days and was the current business owner of Gonzalez Nursery in Los Fresnos, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Gumecindo Gonzalez who passed away on May 26, 2007. Mike is survived by his wife, Maria Antonia Gonzalez; his son, Luis Miguel "Jr." Gonzalez; and his mother, Matilde O. Gonzalez; all of Los Fresnos, Texas. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2007 from 1:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a Rosary at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 29, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Cecilia Catholic Church. Interment will follow to Los Cuates Community Cemetery in Los Fresnos, Texas.
