Obituary of Maria R. Huerta

Maria R. Huerta-Sandoval, 77, of San Benito, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 19, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

She is preceded in death by her parents David and Petra Cortez.

Maria is survived by her loving husband; Enrique Sandoval, son; Gustavo Sanchez, daughters; Lupe (Joe) Espinosa, Liz (Dago) Garcia, Cris Flores and Melissa (Larry) Izaguirre, sisters, Dominga Reyes and Sofia Trevino as well as 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. rosary at 7:00 p.m., at San Benito Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at  St. Benedict Catholic Church  in San Benito, Texas with burial to follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park in San Benito, Texas.
