Obituary of John Rodriguez

John Rodriguez, 64, of Port Isabel, Texas, passed away on October 31, 2017 at Sunshine Haven in Olmito Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Juan Rodriguez and step-father Esteban Montelongo.

John is survived by his mother, Justina Montelongo, brother; Steve Montelongo, aunt; Guadalupe (Francisco+) Espinosa and other family members.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae Garza Funeral Home in San Benito Texas.

Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 705 S. Longoria Street in Port Isabel Texas and burial to follow at Port Isabel City Cemetery in Port Isabel, Texas.

Serving as pallbearers: Jose Cuevas, Manuel Espinoza, Jose Ramirez, David Garza, Johnny Ruiz, Fidel Cadillo.
