Obituary of Gloria Irene Lopez

Gloria Irene Lopez, 86, of Rio Hondo, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hilario Lopez, Sr., her parents Antonio Gonzalez and Gertrudis De Leon; and sister, Celia De Leon.

Surviving her are four stepdaughters: Beatriz (+Jose Antonio) Lozano and family, Dalia (Tomas) Pineda and family, Sandra (Gonzalo) Gonzalez and family, Ida Gloria (Angel, Sr.) Romero and family; two stepsons, Hilario (Teresa) Lopez, Jr. and family, Gregorio (Oralia) Lopez and family; as well as extended family consisting of several cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.  Cremation will follow in accordance with her wishes.
