Obituary of Ramona Ojeda

Ramona Ojeda, 80, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 in Harlingen, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Ojeda; her siblings: Trinidad Ortiz, Emilio Ortiz, Juanita Ortiz and David Ortiz as well as one great granddaughter Ramona Maria Rojas and daughter-in-law Deborah Ann Ojeda.

Ramona is survived by her children, Lydia R (Ronald) Adcock, Benjamin Ojeda, Elias (Regina Nepper) Ojeda, Rachel M. Hull and Trina M. (Jeffery S.) Gudgel her 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren as well as her sister Benita(Ralph) Pauline (Gordan) and her one brother Louise (Sandy) Ortiz.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 29,2017 at 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., with a a prayer service at 7 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito, Texas.

Visitation will continue on Tuesday, May 30,2017 at 12 pm up to the departure hour at 12:30 pm from the funeral home to a graveside service scheduled for 2 pm at Rio Grande Valley Veterans Cemetery in Mission, TX.

Faithfull servant of God, loving mother, adored grandmother, awesome great grandmother who is a true example of God’s love, strength and faithfulness. A true Proverbs 31 woman.
