Los Fresnos- Obdulia Cortez, 90, passed away on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Encarnacion and Josefa Caraveo Cortez, her siblings; Carmen De Jesus Trevino, Manuel Trevino and Ofelia Torres.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Lucila (Alberto) Garza, Graciela De La Rosa, Juan (Cristina) De La Rosa Jr., Irene Dempsy and one sister Otila Romero as well and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great gre at grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016 from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home.
Chapel services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Thomae Garza Funeral Directors with burial to follow at San Jose Cemetery.
