Epimenio Liscano, Jr., 60, of San Benito, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at his residence surrounded by loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father, Epimenio Liscano and one brother, Emilio Liscano. Left to cherish his memory are his children: Santos (Jessica) Liscano, Sara (Larry) Gomez, Samuel Liscano, and Sergio (Lilly) Liscano; his mother, Josefina Liscano; 17 grandchildren; common law wife, Crisela Alcala; three sisters: Yolanda (Enrique) Govea, Maria Elena (Benito) Conde; and Sylvia Martinez; his Aunt Maria Rodriguez; as well as other relatives: Lucio Montemayor, Alex Montemayor, Lisa Monetmayor, Maria (Adrian) Uresti, Luis Martinez; and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m., at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Maria Luisa Rosales officiating. Interment will follow at San Benito Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers: Santos, Sergio, Samuel, Larry, Tony, Luis, Lucio, and Adrian.
