San Benito - Baldomero Cuevas, 45, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2006, in Harlingen, Texas. He is survived by his children, Cristina Marie Cuevas, Christopher Allen Cuevas, and Brandon Lee Cuevas all of Michigan. His parents, Teodoro and Mercedes Cuevas of San Benito; 4 sisters, Angelita Cuevas and Esmeralda Meza both of Indiana; Maria Isabel Zuniga and Norma Cuevas both of San Benito; and 4 brothers, Teodoro Cuevas, Jr. of Indiana; Guadalupe Cuevas, Daniel Cuevas, and Robert Cuevas all of San Benito. Visitation will be held Sunday, October 22, 2006, 9:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M., with a Prayer Service at 7:00 P.M. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Monday, October 23, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. at Valley International Christian Center in San Benito. Interment to follow to San Benito City Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Cuevas, Teodoro Cuevas, Jr., Alfonso Zuniga, Jr., Victor Meza, Oscar Romero, Sam Meza, Robert Camacho, and Joel Cuevas.
